In our one-hour, lunch-time class, you’ll pick up tips on making the most of a variety of mushrooms. Our instructors will share information on cooking with fresh mushrooms and show you how to make each dish as you sit back, relax and enjoy the meal.
For ages 18 & up. Alcoholic beverages will not be served in this class.
