• If you cannot attend for any reason, tickets will not be refunded.
• Arrival before 1:00 AM is required — after 1:00 AM, entry is not guaranteed.
• Talent, amenities, and programming are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund.
• We may refuse entry without refund for reasons including intoxication, disorderly conduct, dress code violations, security concerns, or venue capacity limits.
• Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event (music, décor, drinks, crowd, etc.) is not grounds for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

If the event is cancelled, you will receive a 100% refund of your ticket purchase.

Ticket Transfer Policy

Tickets may be transferred with written confirmation from the event organizer.
