“Origins” Multicultural Dance Spectacular at Oni Foundation Inc – Wonderful World of Aloha Cultural Activity Center – Kahului, HI

Experience a colorful show featuring the exciting dances of the diverse cultures that make Hawaiʻi the “Melting Pot of the Pacific.” Enjoy a show featuring dances from Hawaii, Tahiti, Philippines, Korea, Japan, Spain, Mexico, and more. This is a memorable experience for the whole family.

Embark on a guided or self-tour of the center’s unique cultural costume museum that takes you through the history of Hawai’i, from the Polynesian migrations to Asian and Western migrations, the exhibits reveal each culture’s influence on dance, music, and life in these islands.

Enjoy crafting activities and make your own keepsake while learning about Hawai’i’s heritage, and how to make something traditional with your own hands. Choose from kukui nut, ti leaf, or lauhala weaving.
