Embark on a challenging three-day expedition to Mount Bazarduzu, the highest peak in Azerbaijan. Travel through Khinalig village, Shahdag National Park, and the stunning Shahyaylag plateau while preparing for your ascent. Experience acclimatization hikes, camping at high altitude, and breathtaking views of the Greater Caucasus. Reach the summit at 4466 meters and continue to Zafar Peak before descending. This adventure offers an unforgettable blend of mountain scenery, group hiking, and a rewarding summit experience in the South Caucasus.

**Day 1: Transport to Khinalig Village**

Depart from Baku after breakfast and drive for three hours to the Guba region. Complete final shopping in Guba before continuing for two hours to Khinalig village. Settle into the guest house and have lunch before starting an acclimatization hike to the top of Kharibulbul at 2783 meters. Return to the village and spend the night in the guest house.

**Day 2: Acclimatization Hiking and Summit Preparation**

Leave after breakfast in a 4×4 vehicle towards Mount Bazarduzu, passing through Shahdag National Park and the State Border Service checkpoint. Reach Shahyaylag plateau and enjoy views of several four-thousand-meter peaks before continuing by car to an altitude of 2900 meters. Hike for two hours with backpacks to the shelter located at 3250 meters and set up tents. After lunch, hike to 3400 meters for acclimatization before returning to camp to rest and prepare for the summit.

**Day 3: Climbing Bazarduzu and Zafar Peak and Return to Baku**

Wake up at 04:00 and begin the ascent to the summit of Mount Bazarduzu, reaching the top in six to seven hours. Continue to Zafar Peak in a one-hour climb before descending to the shelter in three to four hours. Return to Khinalig village and then drive back to Baku.
