Accessible Seating Wheelchair Access There are various ramps and lifts across the venue giving access to all areas of The Spa. For access into the main foyer, guest can find ramps near The Suncourt and at shops to the North of the building. All performance areas have limited wheelchair spaces. Please make the Box Office staff aware of your requirements when booking tickets, otherwise space cannot be guaranteed. Disabled toilets within the main foyer can be found on the ground floor to the rear of the building. Induction Loop The Spa is fitted with a state of the art induction loop system. This is an unreserved seated event. Please note that seating will all be on one level and the stage is only slightly raised and customers may stand during the performance. The Ocean Room is accessible for standard sized wheelchairs using the venues internal lifts. Alcohol may not always be permitted in the Ocean Room but if it is, glass is not allowed. The onsite bars will provide customers with plastic glasses.
