You’ll begin with a botanical infusion and an olfactory tonic, both formulated with medicinal plants that support cognitive clarity and mental presence. A sensory cue to clear space physically, emotionally and mentally.

8:20 – 9:05
Guided breathwork, focused movement, and a structured soundscape designed to wake up the system and help energy move freely. For when you’re ready to feel more awake, more aligned, and more clear.

9:05 – 11:00
Unwind in the space with music, homemade desserts to soften the evening, and a continuous flow of teas. No rush to leave, just a space to be.
