Download Festival: All disabled customers are welcome at Download, but as it is a greenfield site there are steep stony hilly sections of the site, meaning that sometimes access across the site is not that easy. Stewards however, will be around to assist. Once accessibility applications open & approvals for Essential Companions are granted, a partial refund for the amount of the festival ticket included in the package will be processed. Please note the type of ticket included in RIP packages is a Weekend Arena Only ticket. Partial refunds for Essential Companions will reflect the face value of the ticket at the time your RIP booking was made. Live Nation and VIP Nation will use their reasonable efforts to assist with any such special accessibility requirements or concerns.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18. A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled. RIP (LITE) in Thunder Valley is the newest addition to RIP, offering you the opportunity to camp in a secluded area of RIP with access to the RIP Village and all accompanying entertainment. Your car will be parked a short distance from your tent in Metal Car Park 2.
