Using quartz crystal singing bowls tuned to specific healing frequencies, often played in pairs to create a gentle binaural effect, along with Koshi chimes, percussion instruments, and subtle body attunement techniques, this session gently guides participants into the theta brainwave state associated with parasympathetic dominance — a deeply restorative nervous system condition in which true healing and integration can occur. Blending sound science with mystical tradition, Nicole creates a space where the mind and body can soften, recalibrate, and return to center.
