Awaken
Through meditation, breathwork, and energetic transmission practices, we’ll open the channel to activate your deepest creative essence. You’ll journal what arises and share within our intimate circle, weaving together individual and collective insights.

Embody
Bring a project or idea as your creative companion, something you’re birthing, growing, or reimagining. Or simply come with curiosity and openness to discover what wants to emerge. Through somatic and movement practices, you’ll discover how your creation wants to live and evolve through your body, accessing deeper layers of what it’s meant to become.

Express
Open studio time allows your awakened essence to pour into form. Whether through writing, movement, visual art, or any medium calling to you, you’ll have space and support to express what’s been activated throughout the day.

Nourish
Our home for the day is Anza in the Berkeley Hills, a space designed for depth, integration, and renewal. A curated tea bar, light garden lunch, and community dinner keep you grounded and connected. The Japanese hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge are available during downtime.

Meet Your Guide
Rachel Weissman is an artist, executive coach, intuitive guide, and keynote speaker whose own awakening in 2019 sparked a profound integration of consciousness and creativity.
With over 5,000 hours of meditation practice, yoga and meditation teacher certifications, and training through KAP Academy, she offers direct guidance and energetic transmissions that awaken life force energy and open access to nondual states. Her spiritual foundation draws on Advaita Vedanta, Hindu Tantra, and Tibetan Buddhism, and is further informed by contemporary psychological, somatic, and integral developmental approaches.
As an academically trained and practicing artist, former startup founder, and former design leader at Google and Salesforce AI, Rachel bridges ancient wisdom with modern innovation and creative expression. This retreat represents the synthesis of her journey: where spiritual awakening meets artistic creation, where consciousness becomes form.
