A welcoming, inclusive music and movement class for toddlers and young children—designed especially for neurodiverse learners and their caregivers.

Through rhythm, sound, and movement, we help children express themselves, practice regulation, and build joyful connections in a calm, sensory-aware space.

Created by Dr. Danessa Mayo, psychologist and arts educator, this class combines music, movement, and mindfulness to support growth and connection for every child.

What to Expect

• Singing with visual cues and gestures
• Dancing and moving at each child’s pace
• Playing real instruments like shakers, bells, and drums
• ‍♀️ Gentle mindfulness and body awareness moments
• Connection and joy — no wrong way to participate!

Ages 18 months – 7 years
Caregiver-and-me format • Mixed-ability friendly • Siblings welcome

This class supports both toddlers and early elementary kids who benefit from inclusive, predictable, and music-filled experiences.

• Small groups (10 attendees max)
• AAC and gesture-friendly participation encouraged

Our Approach

We meet every child where they are — through sound, rhythm, and play.
Each session fosters attention, coordination, and confidence in a relaxed, small-group environment where children can explore freely.
