“SYNERGY” Fashion & Benefit Show at The Olympia Ballroom – Olympia, WA

Haven House & Jiovani Cervantes Presents: Synergy, an all ages runway and benefit show experience that celebrates fashion, community, and entrepreneurship, while giving back to those in need.

• 5 talented local fashion designers presenting their newest, story-telling collections.
• 35 local models of diverse backgrounds walking the runway. Every body, every identity, uplifted.
• A vibrant vendor market featuring 5 local non-profits. Explore more ways to get involved in the community.
• Speeches from Haven House and Jiovani Cervantes.
• Live music by Dj Aikibo, spinning the soundtracks to an unforgettable night.
• Red carpet photo moments – dress up, show up, be seen.
• Delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a warm, inviting space to mingle, network, and celebrate.

Why This Matters:
This event isn’t just about style, it’s about heart.
Not only are we highlighting and boosting PNW creatives, we’re also partnering with Haven House in Olympia, a crisis residential shelter for youth aged 12-17 who are experiencing trauma, homelessness, or unstable living conditions.
We believe that young people should always have access to quality clothes regardless of the circumstances. All clothing donations gathered and a percentage of the events proceeds will go directly to supporting Haven House’s closet and essential needs.

Event Program:
6:00pm to 7:00pm – Live music by Dj Aikibo, red carpet photo opportunity, networking, and interacting with business vendors

7:05pm to 7:15pm – Host welcomes attendees, acknowledges sponsors, staff, talent, and vendors, shares theme of show and initiative, Haven House shares mission statement and ways to get involved

7:20pm to 8:10pm – 5 local fashion designers show, 30 local runway models walk

8:15pm to 8:20pm – Host’s closing speech

8:25pm to 9:30pm – Live music by Dj Aikibo, meet the designers, meet the models, networking, interact with business vendors, red carpet opportunity
