Holiday Sig-Bev Event at Drip Studio HNL Specialty Coffee – Honolulu, HI

Welcome to our Try x DRiP Sig-Bev Competition! Come join us in a fun festive holiday event at Drip Studio on Sunday December 14 from 3-8pm. Watch baristas share their signature creativity in creating a Holiday themed coffee beverage. The audience is welcome to compete for a $50 Harbor’s Vintage gift card in the Best Holiday Dressed Fashion Competition. Participants must wear their most holiday themed attired to win . Enjoy tunes by DJ Jijiji. This is potluck style, so bring your favorite dish 🙂

Registration Fee & Barista Info

The registration fee is for baristas looking to participate in the competition. Each barista will have 10 minutes to prepare and 8 minutes to prepare. Participants are require to use provided coffee from White Nēnē Coffee Roasters. A minimum of 3 extra ingredients (apart from the coffee) can be used. Drinks can be iced (14oz with ice) or hot (12oz). 3 drinks must be made (one for each judge) and must be holiday themed. Participants will be judged on flavor, aestetic, and relevance of holiday-ness. For more information please click on the link to download the Try x Drip Sig-Bev Rules booklet. The maximum limit is 8 spots. Anyone who would like to use the espresso machine must sign a liability waiver. Registered baristas will automatically consent to media coverage by Elevent 17 Productions. Reservation without pay will not be accepted.
