Boot Scootin Ball & Charity Auction at Round-Up Saloon – Dallas, TX

We are gearing up for our 26th Annual Boot Scootin Ball (previously our “Holiday Stocking Auction”) benefiting Legacy Cares. For over 30 years, Legacy Cares has been providing quality mental healthcare, substance abuse treatment, and special care housing services for people challenged with HIV and AIDS.

Our team is looking for support from our amazing patrons, essential local merchants, and community-focused brands. Monetary donations directly contribute to our fundraising goals, and in-kind donations are invaluable to the experience of our silent and live auctions. Popular in-kind items include original art pieces, fine wines, event tickets, travel vouchers, experience gift certificates, sports memorabilia, tablets/laptops, specialty & unique items, etc. Legacy Cares will provide tax receipts for their contributions and purchases.

In-kind donations are due by Mon, Dec 1st. Please let us know if you will be dropping off or prefer pick-up; also include an approximate retail price at fair market value. Some smaller items may be bundled together in mixed baskets, unless a donor would like to provide an exclusive bundle for their basket. All auction items will be on display with donor info prior to the event.

The big event will take place on Sun, Dec 14th @ 7pm with a cocktail hour starting at 6pm. Festivities will include a live auction of select items, silent auction baskets, signature Round-Up Saloon entertainment, & special raffle. We hope to see all our family, friends, fans, and folks for an amazing night of fundraising for a wonderful organization!
