Enoch Pratt Free Library is thrilled to partner with Our Time Kitchen to bring you a series of hands-on culinary workshops. Our Time supports minority chefs including women, and marginalized genders, who want to build food businesses by lowering systemic barriers and creating access to resources in a supportive environment.
Each month, a featured chef from Our Time Kitchen will share their food journey and a favorite dish they love to cook. You will have the opportunity to see first hand the step-by-step process they take in making one of their favorite recipes, and there will be opportunities to help prepare and taste the final dish. November will feature Asanka Baltimore.
