In this class, you’ll learn step-by-step how to prepare Puerto Rican pasteles—the treasured holiday dish of Puerto Rican families during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Together, we’ll cook, share stories, and celebrate culture around the table.

After the lesson, everyone will enjoy a festive Puerto Rican plate featuring:

• Arroz con Gandules (Rice with Pigeon Peas)

• Macaroni Salad

• Pasteles
