Each course has been thoughtfully curated by Hendo’s culinary team to complement the bold, balanced flavors of Peltzer’s handcrafted wines, from a refreshing Pinot Grigio paired with Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio to a rich Cabernet Sauvignon alongside a mouthwatering NY Strip Taco with fried shallots, gruyère, and chives.
