About Your Hosts

On Phantom Island, Steven Godfrey and Ryan Nanni walk you (and one another) through a question from the sports world. While they don’t promise any conclusive answers, you’ll get an interesting and thoughtful look at topics from a variety of perspectives. The Phantom Island feed is also home to Steven and Ryan’s other work, including The Single Wing, where Godfrey answers listener questions, We’re Not All Like This, Ryan’s interview series profiling different sports fanbases, and more.

• Steven Godfrey is co-host of “Phantom Island” and co-creator of Falcon Scott Productions. He’s also the co-host of Yahoo’s “College Football Enquirer” and a columnist for the Washington Post. He is above average height and somewhat funny.
• Ryan Nanni co-hosts the Shutdown Fullcast, is the co-founder of Phantom Island, has started at least three other podcasts, and once spent a year trying to see how many podcasts he could appear on. (He tapped out around 75.)
• Lucy Rohden is a college football content creator known for her work with the Dan LeBatard Show and previously with Wave Sports and Entertainment. Lucy is a graduate of the University of Iowa (big fan of punting!) and a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina (big fan of cigarettes). Lucy is a cancer sun, aquarius moon and virgo rising.
• Graham Coffey is the owner and founder of Dawgs Central, the leading breaking news site and forum for Georgia Bulldogs fans.
