First Annual PhiLatino Arts & Culture Fest at Black Squirrel Club – Philadelphia, PA

The first annual Philatino Arts and Culture Fest is a celebration of Latin music and culture in the city of Philadelphia. Come join us at the Black Squirrel Club in Fishtown as we listen to a variety of music from the latin diaspora, featuring both local and international artists on two different stages. The event will also feature activities such as bilingual yoga and a Son Jarocho workshop and performance. Dance the day away, enjoy food from local latin food trucks and support local art vendors who will be featured at the venue. No matter your background or interests, this will be a day of joy and community, celebrating the diversity of our great city.

Son Revolutura (4:30 PM)

Celebrate the folk music of Veracruz, Mexico with a Son Jorocho workshop and concert.

Los Buhos (6 PM)

The Temple University Afro-Latin Ensemble

Plena Del Puente (7 PM)

Puerto Rico’s rising star meets Philly! Captivating and innovative, this exciting genre-blending vocalist will be backed by a stellar ensemble of Philly’s finest talent!

Salsa with DJ VSPICE (11:30 PM)

Dance the night away with selections from one of Philly’s favorite salsa DJs and Latin music impressarios.

All day entry to all festival events: $25

Starting at 10 PM, tickets will be available at the door for $15 for headliner Tanicha Lopez followed by salsa dancing into the night.
