Join us for a truly special evening as Vault and Cellar teams up with Chester Gap Cellars for a one-of-a-kind wine dinner celebrating the flavors of the Shenandoah Valley.

Chef Kari, known for her creative and locally inspired cuisine, will be curating a surprise multi-course menu designed to pair perfectly with Chester Gap’s estate-grown wines. Each dish will highlight seasonal ingredients and Chef Kari’s signature style of blending Appalachian roots with refined technique.

Guiding us through the wines will be Jeff Seese, owner and winemaker at Chester Gap Cellars. Since 2017, Jeff has carried on the winery’s legacy of producing handcrafted, minimal-intervention wines from high-elevation vineyards in Rappahannock County. His passion for letting the land speak through the grapes results in expressive varietals like Viognier, Roussanne, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot—wines that showcase both the artistry of the craft and the beauty of Virginia terroir.
