→ VIP tickets are refundable up to 5 days prior to the event.
→ After December 26, 2025, all sales are final and non-refundable.

→ All refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original form of payment only.

Venue Rights:
Main Street Station reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual for reasons including, but not limited to: intoxication, disruptive behavior, non-compliance with venue policies, or safety concerns. Management and security decisions are final.

Safety & Conduct:
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Valid ID is required.
All guests agree to comply with Main Street Station’s safety, conduct, and photography policies. Unauthorized professional photography, live streaming, or drone use is prohibited unless pre-approved by venue management.

Weather Policy:
This event will be held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, management reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or relocate performances for safety reasons.
