Sunday Worship Service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – Henderson, NV

All are invited and welcome to attend our Sunday Worship Services regardless of your age or background.

Each Sunday service includes an opening and closing prayer, a few hymns (church songs), and short sermons offered by fellow Church members.

This week, the sermons will be focused on how we can best “Press Forward with a Steadfastness in Christ.”

The most important part of our Sunday service is partaking of the sacrament, which is similar to Communion in other Christian denominations. During the sacrament, we remember Jesus Christ as we are offered a small piece of bread and cup of water symbolic of the body and blood He sacrificed for us. During this time, we reflect on the Savior and try to think of ways we can improve and follow Him more faithfully during the coming week.
