Nina Pee is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, ACE Group Fitness Instructor and holds over 100+ hours of training in Myofascial Integrated Alignment and Stretching. Her classes blend her diverse range of experiences: the fluidity of dance, the raw strength and intensity of boxing, and the mindfulness of yoga–all while having fun. When she’s not guiding classes, you might find her spinning the decks as a house DJ, so you can always expect her music to be on point. Join Nina for a class where movement meets motivation and every session is an opportunity to connect with your best self.
She specializes in “Myofascial Integrated Alignment” yoga (aka M.I.A.). M.I.A. yoga is a movement based class that combines traditional yoga principles with modern understanding of anatomy and physiology, particularly focusing on the interconnectedness of the myofascial system.
