Show Description: Anon(ymous) is a play by Naomi Iizuka that reimagines Homer’s Odyssey
as a modern story about a young refugee named Anon. Separated from his mother, Anon
journeys through the United States, encountering a wide array of people; some kind, some
cruel, as he journeys towards his family. The play explores themes of displacement, identity,
community, and the search for belonging and home.
