Roll Sushi (Maki Sushi) and Gunkan Sushi (Battleship Sushi)

Ingredients: rice, cucumber, carrot, crab flake, corn, canned tuna, Japanese mayo, pork floss, seaweed, white roasted sesame, sushi seasoning, soy sauce, wasabi, etc.

Group Size & Pricing

1. $50 per person for groups of 6–10
2. $45 per person for groups of 11–20
3. $40 per person for 21+ participants, please get in touch with us for a custom quote (travel options available).

Booking policy

1. For groups of 20 participants or fewer, please book at least one week in advance.
2. For groups of up to 21 participants, please book at least two week in advance.

Workshops are held at our studio in Sacramento or at a location of your choice.

Ideal for small groups of up to 8 participants. All tools, ingredients, and preparation are provided — just bring your creativity and appetite!

1. On-Site Option:

Available for larger groups at your home, office, or community venue in your area.

1. A travel and setup fee applies depending on distance:

• within 10 miles — free

• 11–20 miles — +$20

• 21–35 miles — +$30

• 36–50 miles — +$40–$50
