At the next naked., in honor of winter solstice, we’ll be releasing all that no longer serves us. The theme of the night, “over it,” honors this sacred time of darkness and necessary pause that ultimately leads us back to our light.

What within us is still asking for acknowledgment? What have we pushed aside, rushed past, or tried to be over too quickly? What patterns are you finally ready to lay to rest? What are you still holding on to?

As we ready ourselves to receive new, let us think of the things that must be released to make space for our abundance to flow with ease into our existence.

Integrating our shadow is not a detour from the light but rather our pathway to it.

We’ll close this night of release out with healing soundbath by Vanessa Augustin.

what is naked.?

naked. is an open mic series, that’s not your typical open mic. it’s a curated space that merges creativity, vulnerability, intimacy, and intentional dialogue to provide community with a deeper connection with itself. it’s a space that reclaims art as a spiritual and healing practice, where we engage curiosity, challenge social norms, build community, practice being present and step outside of comfort zones. there’s no mic or stage, and ALL art forms are welcome. those who attend are invited to be vulnerable, or naked—free from the armor and masks often worn to navigate the world.
