Your guide will lead a short walk to the Rockpile, offering tips for photography and sharing stories about the region’s unique ecology and wildlife. Witness the magical moment when the Valley of the Ten Peaks is bathed in golden light and Moraine Lake glows its iconic turquoise blue. As the crowds thin out, we’ll take a peaceful lakeshore walk before heading to the Rockpile for stunning sunset views. Wrapped in a blanket and sipping a warm drink, you’ll watch as day fades into twilight over the Valley of the Ten Peaks.

Once night falls, we’ll shift our focus to the stars. With minimal light pollution, Moraine Lake offers exceptional stargazing. Using a monocular and binoculars, we’ll identify planets, constellations, and—on lucky nights—the northern lights.
