Get picked up at 6:00 AM from your lobby. Start your adventure spotting wildlife along the Madison River in the early morning hours. Watch the sky change colors as the morning light hits the mountains.

After scoping for wildlife on Mount Washburn, enter the Lamar Valley for Yellowstone’s most sought-after megafauna sightings. Called the Serengeti of North America, the Lamar Valley is home to over 60 mammals. Enjoy a light morning snack and a hot drink of coffee, tea, or cocoa, while watching wolves through a high-powered spotting scope.

Find bears on the mountainside with your binoculars. Look out for herds of bison and pronghorn as your van gets to places where a bus simply can’t go.

Enjoy a hearty picnic lunch at Mammoth Hot Springs, while spotting elk and birds.

Take in the sights of the Gibbon River on the way back toward West Yellowstone, stopping for additional wildlife sightings along the way.
