Spring: Wildlife Watching and Moose Spotting

Summer: Hiking and Swimming

Whether you’re up for a challenging 11 km hike on trails like Mizzy Lake or Centennial Ridges, or prefer a shorter hike to Bat Lake, Visitor Centre, or Ragged Falls, there’s a trail for every skill level. Along the way, take a refreshing dip in one of the park’s crystal-clear lakes to cool off from the summer heat.

Fall: A Spectacle of Colors

When autumn arrives, Algonquin Park transforms into a painter’s palette of vibrant colors. The changing leaves create a breathtaking display that attracts visitors from near and far. Winter: Snowshoeing Adventure

Winter is a quite time in Algonquin, where you can quite often see birds, moose and other wildlife as there is not too many visitors at the park. We will equip you with snowshoes and ice cleats and we will take you through the Canadian winter wonderland.

Based on trail conditions and physical level of all participants, our tour guide will choose the best Algonquin park hiking trails for the day. You don’t need to have any hiking experience, however as this is hiking or snowshoeing tour, you need to be fit and able to hike (with breaks) for 5 hours/day. Please don’t join the tour, if you have any walking problems as this is a hiking tour.
