Be picked up from your hotel or condo and drive to Mr. Lionso Ranch. Once you arrive, see the 55 hectares of agave plantation and learn about the different types and sizes of agaves.

Visit the mezcal factory and see the whole process to make mezcal. Learn about harvesting, baking, extraction, fermentation, distillation, aging, and bottling.

After, enjoy a mezcal tasting session. Try white mezcal, reposado mezcal, almond mezcal, coffee mezcal, mango mezcal, tamarin mezcal, and hibiscus mezcal.

Finish with a delicious lunch in the restaurant. Enjoy machaca burritos, beans, salsa, handmade corn tortillas, and mezcal flambe cheese. Drinks are included too.
