We’ll start the tour in the heart of the city. Once our small group (3-10 people) is gathered, we’ll visit 2 of Yucatan’s most iconic markets, where we’ll try multiple Yucatecan dishes at the best market stalls. Along with breakfast, we’ll also enjoy a refreshing fruit water and, to finish, we’ll taste typical sweets from my beautiful Yucatan. During the tour, I’ll tell you about the ingredients and how we prepare the various dishes we’ll try, as well as the influence of Mayan culture on Yucatecan cuisine and how its heritage lives on every day on our palates.
