This is a great opportunity to visit the wildest and most amazing parts of the island. Drive a 4×4 on rugged off-road terrain. Experience the adventure of a self-drive safari tour and discover the spirit of the island in a unique and original way. Start by being picked up at your hotel and then you’re off to El Matorral where the real adventure begins. After the trip briefing, we leave the Airport zone and continue with an exciting off-road excursion along the coast of Caleta de Fuste on sand and gravel roads. The tour includes stops to take amazing photos and videos in hard-to-reach locations like Barranco de la Torre, Salinas del Carmen Coast and the picturesque Caleta de la Ballena. On the way to the famous fishing village Pozo Negro, where we have an option of tasting traditional coffee and being involved in the local Canarian lifestyle. We explore the dry river canyon, driving deep into the wild and remote landscape. We continue our safari southwards visiting the historic village of Poblado de Atalayita – archaeological site of pre-Hispanic settlement. After some time to relax, we head to north and interior of the island passing by local villages of Los Alares and Triquivijate, with photo stops at Barranco de Goroy were the Camels Bio-farm is located.
