Join a one-hour indoor studio yoga class, just a 5-minute walk from Playa de L’Arenal in Jávea. Suitable for all abilities, including beginners, be guided through a grounding yoga practice with a certified instructor.

Experience nourishing movement and soothing, calming breathing techniques to promote relaxation and well-being. Variations are offered in each class to ensure the classes are suitable for beginners through to those with more experience.

Arrive five minutes before the displayed start time of class to avoid disturbing other participants once the class has started. For indoor studio classes, all props are provided and you do not need to bring a yoga mat.
