Native Flute and Ecstatic Poetry Journey at WonderLit Studio – Toronto, Canada

The evening begins with an invitation to come into your body more fully as Nancy Ceneviva leads you through a gentle grounding meditation rooted in senses. During this meditation, you will be guided through a series of exercises designed to engage and honour each of the senses.

Krishnadeva will then take you through a sound journey of sublime improvised flute melodies interspersed with readings from timeless ecstatic poets including Kabir, Rumi, Mira, Meister Eckhart and others.

7:00pm-7:15pm – Doors open, mingle, get settled in

7:15pm-7:45pm – Opening meditation + grounding with Nancy

7:45pm-8:45pm – Flute and ecstatic poetry with Krishnadeva

8:45pm-9:00pm – Closing Circle

This is a drug and alcohol free event.

Water and tea will be available.
