To help ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:

• Remove all personal items from the building prior to the scheduled cleaning date.
• Stack or properly store all chairs to allow clear access to flooring.
• Conduct a walkthrough of the building approximately three weeks before the scheduled cleaning. If you notice any areas needing special attention, please submit a FIR (Facility Issue Report) with photos. This allows us to notify the cleaning company in advance.

We understand that certain events—such as funerals or Stake Conferences—may require rescheduling. For other activities, we’re happy to work with you to find an alternative date if needed. However, please note that rescheduling may affect other locations and customers. If you’re able to accommodate the original date, your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
