Join us for an intimate house concert with ARVO — the musical partnership of JennyRebecca and Andrew Rønning- and Elia Giuliani. Expect a night of lush harmonies, heartfelt storytelling, and the kind of closeness that only happens when music is shared in a living room.

The night will begin with a beautiful set from Elia Giuliani, whose original songs weave together tenderness, honesty, and quiet strength. Elia’s writing is rich with emotion and melodic sensitivity, creating the perfect beginning to an intimate evening of song.

ARVO is the creative partnership — and musical marriage — of JennyRebecca and Andrew Ronning, a duo whose musical life together began after they fell in love in the mountains of Northern California and deepened through their life and work in Berlin. ARVO is the new name under which they unite their musical voices. Their live performances move effortlessly between lush two-part harmonies, intimate solo sets, and full-band arrangements that marry the timeless storytelling of indie-folk with the precision and drama of classical training.

Both artists came to ARVO from rich, parallel musical journeys: backgrounds in classical music that inform their warm, thoughtful songwriting arrangements. After moving to Berlin, the city’s edge rubbed up against the couple’s Americana roots, shaping a sound that is at once raw, cinematic, and intimate.

JennyRebecca is a classically trained soprano turned singer-songwriter whose voice has been praised by publications including The New York Times. After a decade of classical performing and a life-changing daily songwriting practice that produced hundreds of intimate pieces, she expanded into pop, electronic, and folk idioms — bringing operatic color, looped textures, and raw emotional candor to her songs. Her new EP Courage to Be (released December 8, 2025) was created in collaboration with some of today’s most iconic musicians—including Jon Button, bassist for The Who; Matt Flynn, drummer for Maroon 5; and Pete Min, the acclaimed producer and audio engineer known for his work with Feist, Andrew Bird, and Shawn Mendes. The project was recorded between Berlin and Los Angeles, blending sonic worlds with emotional honesty and artistic fearlessness.

Andrew Ronning is a multi-instrumentalist, arranger and composer whose lyrical arrangements provide the harmonic architecture of ARVO. Rooted in classical composition and adventurous instrumental writing, Andrew builds arrangements that are simultaneously delicate and expansive — from spare guitar/keys to textured chamber elements. His self-produced album So You Can Feel showcases his knack for warm production and subtle, emotional detail. Andrew co-leads Artists Rising masterclasses and retreats, teaching arrangement, co-writing, and embodiment techniques for performers.

Together ARVO create performances that are singer-forward and compositionally rich: solo storytelling and quiet confessionals, then into soaring duets and cinematic ensemble moments. Beyond performance, JennyRebecca and Andrew co-lead Artists Rising — a creative-wellness collective offering workshops, a podcast, masterclasses, and retreats that focus on songwriting, somatic voice work, and creative resilience. Their teaching and social-impact projects have taken them into schools, refugee camps and community centers across Europe and the U.S., where they use music as a tool for healing and connection.
