What’s better than truffles? Truffles with bubbles! This delicious new event will give you all that plus an exclusive experiential cooking demonstration by the legendary Michelin-starred Chef Roland Passort, one of the most personable and engaging Michelin starred chefs of our time. You will also savor three opulent truffle hors d’oeuvres exquisitely paired with bubbles and wine from iconic Schramsberg Vineyards, and meet our troop of eager truffle-sniffing dogs!

At Bubbles & Truffles, Chef Roland takes the stage at CIA, Copia to take you on a journey into the heart of truffle cuisine with a live demo that blends culinary brilliance with spirited fun. He’ll share his secrets of truffle sourcing, technique and pairing acquired from his decades of culinary experience and wisdom. This is a rare opportunity to interact personally with an accomplished, personable and engaging Michelin chef and ask all your questions about cooking with truffles! As you sip the spectacular bubbles and wines of Schramsberg Vineyards, you’ll also be treated to a trio of truffle hors d’oeuvres, plus a tasting portion of the truffle dish that Chef Roland demonstrates. You’ll taste for yourself he thrill of how the wines selected perfectly complement and elevate the flavors of the exquisite truffle dishes.

If we are lucky, we may have a cameo appearance by the costars of the festival weekend—our adorable truffle dogs. Petting is encouraged!

CIA at COPIA is the perfect stage for this truffle event. Founded as a museum dedicated to food wine and the arts, it has been reimagined as a vibrant culinary training center and playground available to all to experience firsthand. Bubbles & Truffles will take place inside the stunning Napa Valley Vintners Theater within COPIA.
