1️⃣ Assumption of Risk: You understand that attending a dog event carries inherent risks (including possible injury to you, your pet, or others) and voluntarily accept those risks.

2️⃣ Release & Indemnity: You waive and release Pup Festival LLC, Tempe Marketplace, and their agents, volunteers, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any claims or liability, except those caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. You agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any related claims, damages, or costs.

3️⃣ Media Release: You grant permission for photos, video, or recordings of you/your pet to be used for lawful purposes without compensation.

4️⃣ Group RSVPs: If RSVPing for others, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.

5️⃣ Marketing Consent: You agree to receive marketing from Pup Festival LLC and affiliates, and to the collection and sharing of your contact information. You may opt out anytime by calling (310) 801-6243.
