About the Event

Join us for an exclusive, one-night-only edition of Perfect Pairings at the Nashua outlet—an elevated, chef-led experience created especially for this event. Designed to inspire, educate, and delight, the evening invites guests to discover and savor the art of food and drink through chef-prepared dishes and thoughtfully curated wine pairings.

This month, spend the evening with Chef Ed Aloise and Chef & Winemaker Maria Sinskey for a special Perfect Pairings experience—featuring chef-driven bites and perfectly paired pours from Robert Sinskey Vineyards. Featuring: Chef Ed Aloise

Chef Ed Aloise has owned and operated four highly successful restaurant concepts. Ed and his wife, Claudia, opened the first certified farm-to-table restaurant establishment in the State of New Hampshire in 2010—Republic Cafe in Manchester. In 2012, they were James Beard National Semi-Finalists for Best Restaurateurs. Since leaving the day-to-day operations of his restaurants, Ed has established a hospitality consulting company, has been a sought-after guest chef, and recently published his first book of fiction short stories.

Featuring: Chef Maria Sinskey

Chef & Winemaker Maria Sinskey is a classically trained chef and acclaimed author based in Napa Valley. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, she has cooked in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and led kitchens at notable San Francisco spots including Blue Light Café, the Sherman House (Relais & Châteaux), and Plumpjack Café. She’s earned honors such as Food & Wine Best New Chef and multiple “Rising Star Chef” awards, and today cooks at Robert Sinskey Vineyards, gardens organically, teaches, and writes. She is the author of The Vineyard Kitchen and Family Meals, and lives by the mantra: “Eat seasonally, drink good wine, and live a long and prosperous life.”
