Begin your day with a pickup from your hotel in San Pedro Sula and head to Peña Blanca. Take a short break to enjoy the lake town atmosphere before continuing to the El Cedral community. Meet and interact with members of the local coffee-producing community.

Next, ascend in 4×4 vehicles for panoramic views and a guided explanation of coffee planting, harvesting, washing, and drying processes. Return to Peña Blanca for a 30-minute break for restrooms and optional pastries or drinks at El Dorao Coffee.

Continue to a coffee mill and learn about drying, defect selection, and coffee storage. Then, head to a coffee laboratory for a guided tasting of different coffee profiles from the visited farm.

Enjoy a relaxing lunch and free time by Lake Yojoa at Hotel Agua Azul. After lunch, return to San Pedro Sula or, if you choose the option, visit Pulhapanzak Waterfalls.
