You will be picked up from your hotel near downtown La Fortuna before being taken to the nature reserve. 

Sloths are one of the main attractions at this park. Visitors sometimes see 4 to 5 sloths at varying distances. If they are at a distance, it’s not a problem because the guides are equipped with binoculars and telescopes to observe them. Additionally, the guides will talk about the natural environment and you’ll learn all about the lazy lifestyle of the sloth.

The route is around 2 km and the tour lasts for approximately 1.5 hours. During this time you’ll also have the chance to see different species of birds, frogs, and reptiles. The guides will keep an eye out for animals during the tour. Afterwards, you will return to your hotel.
