LE JAZZ-CLUB D’AUXERRE PRÉSENTE : CLELYA ABRAHAM [ jazz ] ~ Jazz-club ~ Après un début de carrière en tant que sidewoman, elle décide rapidement de porter un projet qui lui est propre avec sa fratrie de musiciens. La sortie de leur album Abraham Réunion en 2020 est suivie de nombreux concerts en France et à l’international (New York, Norvège, Haïti). En 2022, elle sort La Source, son premier album sous son nom, un Quartet instrumental de jazz aux couleurs caribéennes, qui reçoit un accueil chaleureux de la part du public et de la critique. Ce projet marque une étape importante dans son parcours artistique et l’amène à se produire dans des festivals de renom, tels que le Festival International de Piano de La Roque d’Anthéron, Jazz sous les Pommiers, ou encore Archeo Jazz en première partie d’Ibrahim Maalouf. Aujourd’hui, Clélya Abraham révèle son deuxième album en Quartet également, Atacama (sorti le 7 février 2025) qui sera suivi d’une release party au New Morning le 02 avril 2025. Pour ce nouveau projet, elle s’entoure de Kévin Lazakis (guitare), d’Ananda Brandão (batterie), de Samuel F’hima (contrebasse) et invite également sur un titre le guitariste de renommée internationale Lionel Loueke.
