What to Expect
Sustainable Adventure & Scenic Beauty
Your adventure begins with convenient pickup from central Brisbane (Pullman King George Square) or the Cleveland Ferry Terminal. Enjoy a scenic ferry ride across Moreton Bay, watching for dolphins that often swim alongside the boat.
Wildlife Encounters in Their Natural Habitat
Join the iconic North Gorge Walk at Point Lookout — Queensland’s most easterly point — where wild kangaroos rest among the dunes and sea eagles soar overhead. Between June and October, you might also witness humpback whales on their annual migration, breaching just offshore. At other times of year, look for dolphins, turtles, and rays in the turquoise waters below. All wildlife is observed responsibly and respectfully in line with our eco-certification standards.
Breathtaking Ocean Views & Island Life
Take in sweeping views of the Coral Sea, enjoy a gentle sea breeze, and capture photos that will stay with you forever. Each stop offers time to slow down, explore, and reconnect with the natural world.
Local Island Flavours
Enjoy a relaxed lunch break at a local café (meal not included) and sample fresh seafood or island-grown produce while supporting small local businesses and the Quandamooka community.
Beach Time and Amity Point Wildlife
Enjoy time to swim or relax at Cylinder Beach, known for its soft white sand and crystal-clear water. In the afternoon, visit Amity Point, a peaceful coastal reserve where wild koalas are often seen resting in the gum trees and dolphins play close to shore. It’s a favourite local spot for sunset and the perfect way to end your day before returning to the ferry.
The tour concludes with drop-off in Brisbane around 7:00–7:15 PM, depending on traffic and ferry schedules..
