Spend a full day immersed in one of Africa’s most legendary wildlife destinations, Kruger National Park. With over 2 million hectares of untamed bush, Kruger is home to an astonishing variety of wildlife, including the Big 5, over 500 bird species, and countless other natural wonders.
Your adventure begins early in the morning with departure from a designated collection point in Hoedspruit. If you’d prefer to be collected directly from your accommodation, please contact the Matumi Team ahead of time to make arrangements.
Traveling in an open safari vehicle, you’ll be guided by one of our expert, accredited nature guides who knows Kruger’s roads, waterholes, and wildlife hotspots like the back of their hand. As the bush awakens, you’ll have prime opportunities to spot lions on the move, elephants grazing, or leopards lounging in the trees.
Throughout the day, we’ll explore diverse ecosystems across the park, stopping at rest camps for comfort breaks and meals. You’ll enjoy a picnic breakfast in the bush and have the option to purchase lunch at one of Kruger’s scenic rest stops (meals not included unless otherwise specified).
