Join the American Coaster Enthusiasts of Eastern Pennsylvania for Eastcoaster on Saturday, February 7, 2026! The event will take place at the Best Western Premier – The Central Hotel & Conference Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and will feature presentations from your favorite amusement parks, legendary manufacturers, a delicious lunch, meet friends old and new, surprises, door prizes, silent auctions and more!

This event is only for ACE members and their guests! Event registration is required to participate in all of the activities organized and hosted by the American Coaster Enthusiasts.

Best Western Premier – The Central Hotel & Conference Center Harrisburg

The Best Western Premier is located 15 minutes from Harrisburg International Airport (MDT), 15 minutes from downtown Harrisburg and 25 minutes from Hershey. The hotel is also the site of Eastcoaster.

Amenities include free parking, free wifi, indoor pool, fitness center, on site restaurant and bar and more. A free airport shuttle to Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) is available and is based upon availability during the times of 5am to 11pm. Please refer to the website for a complete list of amenities and services.

RATE: $162.95 per room per night (plus taxes and hotel fees). Rate is valid for the nights of February 6-8, 2026. This rate is valid for a standard room with one king bed and sofa or two queen beds. CANCELLATION POLICY: All no shows and individual room cancellations received within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival will be billed at the contracted room rate.

Eastcoaster Bake Sale
The bake sale will be open throughout Eastcoaster. If you would like to donate baked goods or a matching monetary donation, contact Chris Smilek by email at: hobbym3@yahoo.com. All proceeds go to the ACE Preservation Fund.

Sales Tables
Table reservations are available to registered attendees at a cost of $20 per table. (Limit of 2 tables per vendor) Power is available upon request. Sorry, no shared tables. You must be a member of ACE to attend or be accompanied by a member who is also registered to attend the event. If only non-members are listed on the registration, please indicate the name of the registered member of whom you are a guest.
Online registration is available until Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
No mail in registration will be available for this event.
No materials will be sent to you in advance. All materials (admission ticket, meal voucher, etc.) will be provided to you at the event.
If you provide an email address, an email with information about attending the event, will be sent to you shortly before the event.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel, contact Mike Matscherz at: mmatscherz@aceonline.org. No refunds will be issued after Thursday, January 22, 2026. Processing fees for online registration are non-refundable.

The park will do its best to provide ride times and rides as listed; however, the schedule of events remains tentative and is subject to change based on the park’s operational status and local health restrictions at the time of the event.

Refunds and Registration Fees 
Refunds will not be given. Registration fees will not be prorated for partial attendance and tickets are nontransferable. Event attendee substitutions are at ACE’s discretion. Permission must be obtained prior to the event, in writing, from the event contact.

The payment of registration fees by, for, or on behalf of participants releases and holds harmless the American Coaster Enthusiasts Worldwide Inc. and its Officers, Directors, Executive Committee Members and representatives from any and all liabilities related to those activities. Returned checks and chargeback disputes will be treated as uncollected debt. ACE reserves the right to execute debt collection following the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Although our host parks are making every effort to keep you as healthy and safe as possible, there remains an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place and place where people are present. Code of Conduct
Members and their guests should be especially aware that their behavior affects ACE’s reputation, and they are expected to abide by ACE’s Code of Conduct at all times during the event and follow all host park policies, including, but not limited to, alcohol consumption. Members are responsible for the conduct of their nonmember guests. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for supervising minor event attendees. Members found to be in violation of the code are subject to ACE’s disciplinary procedures, which may be in the form of, but not limited to, verbal or written warning, membership suspension or involuntary termination.

Any violations of park policies, including underage alcohol consumption are a violation of section C.1 of ACE’s Code of Conduct and could result in suspension of the member’s ACE membership as well as action by the park.
