  6:30 PM – Doors Open Arrive early, settle into the space, and connect over adaptogenic elixirs. The lighting is warm, the music is cinematic, and the energy begins to build.

7:30 PM – Soul Expansion Experience Begins Led by Freddy & The Band of Souls, this immersive journey blends breathwork, live music, and frequency-based sound designed to expand the nervous system, release emotion, and ignite creative flow.

9:00 PM – Integration + Sound Bath Rest in the resonance. Frequencies shift from intensity to stillness as we anchor the night’s transformation through sound.

9:30 PM – Community Connection + Album Release party + Dante Ambient DJ Set Stay after the journey for grounding drinks, connection, and conversation with Toronto’s creative and wellness community.
