Join Chef Autumn LeAnn, CSCC alumna and accomplished pastry chef, for a 3.5-hour hands-on class where you’ll master every step of this timeless dessert. In The Mix’s state-of-the-art teaching kitchen, you’ll create pâte à choux (the signature dough that gives éclairs their airy texture), pipe perfect shells, and bake them to golden perfection.

Once cooled, you’ll fill your pastries with rich, velvety vanilla pastry cream, then finish them with a mirror-like chocolate glaze worthy of any Parisian bakery.
