Self Reliance Program at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – Tacoma, WA

This program consists of two classes offered to the general public: Personal Finance and Emotional Resilience.

Personal Finance – Meets in Primary rooms.

Emotional Resilience – Meets in classroom near nursery room.

Personal Finance – Class Description: This class empowers participants to manage their finances by eliminating debt, protecting against financial hardship, creating budgets, and investing for the future, all while integrating spiritual principles with practical financial skills.

Emotional Resilience – Class Description: This class builds emotional strength through the Savior and His atonement, teaching practical skills for managing thoughts, stress, anger, and relationships by integrating gospel principles with mental and emotional health tools.
