Celebrate the arrival of spring at The Wildbirch Hotel with Spring Bloom Brunch, a festive seasonal brunch experience designed for families, friends, and springtime celebrations.

Guests will enjoy an abundant brunch buffet curated by our culinary team featuring a wide variety of fresh and comforting favorites. Highlights include fresh fruit, an artisan salad bar, an antipasto display with grilled vegetables, domestic and international cheeses, select cured meats, and smoked salmon mousse. Plus, carved honey baked ham, coffee-spiced flank steak with chimichurri rojo, seared chicken breast with gorgonzola caramelized onion mushroom sauce, lobster whipped potatoes, bacon mac and cheese, roasted seasonal vegetables, and a variety of family favorites like crispy chicken tenders, pigs in a blanket, and tater tots round out the spread. Fresh baked rolls, biscuits, and a selection of chef’s assorted desserts complete the experience.

Throughout the afternoon, our Chef will also present additional seasonal dishes and surprise offerings, creating fun “surprise and delight” moments for guests.

Tickets are valid only for the selected seating time and include a two-hour dining experience. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your seating time.
