A macaron tutorial for every level of baker! In this class you will receive one on one instruction on how to make macarons using the French method! Together we will go through:
1.) The roles of each ingredient
2.) How to make a proper meringue
3.) How to macaronage to the perfect consistency
4.) How to pipe and fill macarons
5.) Enjoy in store and take home a dozen macarons. We will also discuss common mistakes when making this tricky pastry and ways to correct them. Most importantly we will have fun and enjoy the experience of learning an advanced baking technique in a no stress, no judgement environment!
through the power of baking magic, we will be making macaron shells together, but icing premade shells. I will ice your shells in a flavor of your choice for you to pick up later in the week
