The Dishing’s TINY Talks turns to brewing sake in space with guest DASSAI Blue Sake Brewery, sake samples + curated tastes!
In collaboration with Albany Institute of History & Art, The Dishing presents our next TINY Talk on April 29 with Shohei Yamane, President of Dassai USA, who will discuss their state-of-the-art brewery + tasting room in Hyde Park, N.Y. + the “DASSAI MOON” project, a collab with Japan Space Agency to ferment Dassai sake in space! The “moon” sake returned to earth on 3/6, so join us for this special talk at The Greenhouse Social Club at La Serre, Albany.
Sake samples + light curated tastes included in the ticket.
